Chef Marc prepares delicious meals to fit your taste and your schedule. From a down-home outdoor BBQ to a black-tie 7-course dinner, we'll work together to create a menu to your exact liking. On the day (or night) of the Big Event, we'll do the shopping, cooking, setting up, serving and cleaning up while you concentrate on getting ready, greeting and mingling with your guests!

Jimmy Nicholson started Durangourmet with the goal of applying his more than twenty years experience in restaurants worldwide towards the creation of an exceptional full-service catering company for Durango and surrounding areas. Jimmy received his formal culinary education in Auckland, New Zealand, where his training focused on classic French cuisine and fresh Pacific seafood.

NORTON'S CATERING - CHUCK NORTON, OWNER
Norton's Catering Company was created in 1989. After being co-creater and owner of restaurants in Hammond, Louisiana; Aspen, Telluride, Ouray and Durango, Colorado, Chef Norton settled in Durango and has been one of the premier caterers in the area ever since. Being a New Orleans native, Chef Norton brings unique flavors to any theme and a vast array of experiences from Cajun, Italian, Mexican, Southwest or Southern.

I wanted my wedding to have quality throughout from the flowers to the china on which the food was served, but every long time established catering place here in Durango was way out of our price range until I talked with Robynn and Ken at Hot Tomotoes Cafe.
